is beautifully located at the edge of the forest in neighborhood to the little town Bad Endbach (Hessen).

Meditations and meditative Hiking with Gabriele Schäffer, Workshops with Tai Chi, Qigong, Schwordform, total Body-Unity, Applications will be taught by Grandmaster Joe N Martin (USA). The Workshops will be taught in English with German translation. In the year 2009 Joe N Martin has already given workshops twice in Tai Chi Forum Kelkheim. Meditations:
From a abundance of meditations we will teach meditations according to the wishes or the needs from the group.
Zhan Zhuang "Tree Standing Qigong" 5 Postures for health:
This Qigong-Set is about 4000 years old and is used for everything from building strenght for martial arts to self-healing, lowering blood-pressure, increasing respiration ans alertness, reducing stress and pain, and improving health and energy over the whole body.
Tai Chi 6 Step:
A short Tai Chi Form with movements which are executed evenly on the two sides. This increases the coordination, connects and activates both brain halves in a special way. At the end you have learned a short Tai Chi Set with smooth, fluent movements, which you can further effortlessly continue in the everyday life.

Tai Chi Sword Form:
The tai chi sword form (Jian) is a subtle practice and its characteristic movements range from clears thrusts to swirling cuts and require soft footwork, flexibility and lightness of spirit. It is a practice that asks the practioner (player) for great balance, a clear focus and a deep willingness to relax during dynamic movements. The great concentration of energy makes this form especially good for health. In the sword form you have the opportunity of getting to know themselves and your body in a new way.
